We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.
You can find a more accurate delivery estimate in the shipping confirmation sent to your email address, once your order is on its way. So if you're wondering where your order is, please allow up to this date for your order to arrive.
Please keep close track of the tracking information, as the carrier might need additional information from you to be able to deliver your parcel.
You can also track your order in the Your orders section of your account, once the order has been shipped.
Just like for regular Zalando shipments, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date when you place your order. You will also receive an email confirmation with the tracking link when the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse. Through this link, you can find out the exact delivery date as soon as it’s scheduled by the courier.
The tracking link is activated within a maximum of 7 working days once the parcel has been shipped.
Once the tracking link is active, please don't worry if it doesn't update daily. It will be tracked again in the following days. If there are no new tracking updates within 3 working days for parcels shipped with Fastway or 5 working days for parcels shipped with AnPost, please contact our customer service through the channels below.
