*Items worn indoors to see if they fit are not considered worn.
To return your items, just follow these simple steps:
1. Mark the items you are returning on the return form that came with your order and announce your return in your customer account. You will have the option to choose between returning with Fastway and DHL/An Post.
2. Get your return label: With your parcel you've received a Fastway return label, that you can use to return your items for free via one of the Fastway collection points. If you need a new Fastway return label, you can download one after you've announced your return.
If you rather return your parcel with DHL/An Post, you’ll need to create a return label. Simply click the below link, provide your address (from where you would like to ship the return) in the 'Enter Return Address' tab, and follow the remaining steps.
3. Pack your parcel: Once you’ve printed your return label, include the barcodes found on the bottom right of the delivery note that came with your order along with the items you want to return in the parcel. Then attach the return label on the parcel and make sure to remove or cover the original delivery label.
4. Send it off: Head to your nearest Fastway or An Post office to drop off your return, or have your parcel picked up at home. You can book a home collection through Parcel Connect by selecting Zalando from the dropdown and following the instructions. Keep in mind that you will need to create an account and that you can only select a full day for collection - unfortunately there is no possibility to select a smaller time window.
It can take up to 14 days for your refund to be fully processed so please remember to retain your proof of return until you receive your refund. You will receive an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. Please wait the full 14 days even if the return tracking link shows the return parcel as delivered.
My return has not been collected, what now?

How do I return Partner items?
If you received the Partner items in a separate parcel, we kindly ask you to also return them separately. For that you can follow this proces. If the items were sent to you in the same parcel as the Zalando items, you can also return them together.
