Standard information concerning: the division of responsibilities between Zalando and Zalando Partner in the event of an agreement with the Zalando Partner:

1. The purchases you make as a consumer in the online shop www.zalando.pl and in the Zalando app are protected under consumer laws. On www.zalando.pl (and in the Zalando app) products are sold by Zalando and Zalando Partners. This document applies when, via Zalando platform, a consumer places an order for a Zalando Partner's product and enters into a contract with a Zalando Partner.

2. When you place an order for an item with a Zalando Partner, then you are entering into a contract with that Zalando Partner only. On the page of each product, after selecting a size, it is always clearly indicated who is party to the sales contract with you, i.e. Zalando or the Zalando Partner.

3. The contact details of the relevant Zalando Partner are provided on the website of each product. Zalando Partners are commercial partners in each case.

4. Where products are sold by Zalando, Zalando is liable for the product conformity with the agreement in accordance with the statutory laws.

5. When the products are sold by Zalando Partner, the Zalando Partner is liable for the product conformity with the agreement in accordance with the statutory laws.

6. The purchased products can be delivered by Zalando Partner or Zalando. Information on who is responsible for delivery of the purchased product is always indicated on the product page after selecting the product size and in the purchase summary. In particular, where Zalando Partner is responsible for delivering the purchased product to you, this is clearly indicated on the purchased product page and in the purchase summary. If Zalando Partner is not responsible for the delivery of the purchased product, then Zalando is responsible for the delivery of the purchased product.

7. The Zalando Partner is responsible for the performance of the concluded sales contract. Zalando, as an internet platform provider, is responsible for the provision of online services as payment of the ordered product and customer care (including for the handling of complaints relating to products purchased on the Zalando platform or complaints relating to payment), including when delivery is carried out by a Zalando Partner. The declaration of withdrawal must be submitted to Zalando who is also authorized to receive the revocation notification on the Zalando Partner’s behalf. 8. Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, Zalando and Zalando Partners voluntarily offer you the right to return the product within 30 days of its receipt. In the case of a voluntary withdrawal, the submission of the declaration of withdrawal and the return of the purchased product is subject to the same rules as for a statutory withdrawal which are described above (with the reservation that the aforementioned 14-day time limits do not apply).

9. If Zalando is responsible for delivering the purchased product to the buyer, then the purchased products should be sent back or handed over to Zalando. If Zalando Partner is responsible for the delivery of the purchased product, then the purchased products should be sent back or handed over to Zalando Partner. The address where the purchased products should be returned can be found in the respective product details. To do this, click on the Partner’s name in the pop-up window on the page and scroll down the page to information on the terms and conditions of withdrawal. The address where the product should be returned is also indicated on the return label enclosed to the order or can be provided by Zalando Customer Care.
