Not waterproof wrists and too small

Too small and I don’t like the fabric cuffs on the wrist. Defeats the purpose of it being waterproof. If I wore this in the rain they would get soaked. Also I am pear shaped and didn’t sit comfortably over my hips and upper thighs. Would recommend sizing ...
