Gold print flaking off on logo

The t-shirt arrived with a manufacturing defect. The gold print on one of the letters in "VERSACE JEANS COUTURE" logo is flaking and peeling off. There are visible chips and pieces missing from the print. This appears to be a quality control issue as the ...
